Eng. Deema Sultan Elmoisheer, co-founder of NBA Holding, is the General Manager of HQ Worldwide Shows in Saudi Arabia, where she leads nationalscale cultural and entertainment projects with a focus on operational excellence and creative impact. With advanced degrees in architecture from U.S. institutions and a background in academic research on Saudi heritage, Deema bridges design expertise with strategic leadership. Her work reflects a deep commitment to innovation, cultural authenticity, and high-level project execution.

Prof . Mohamed Ramady

Board member

Prof. Mohamed A. Ramady, board member of NBA Holding, is a seasoned economist, senior banker, and academic with deep expertise in finance, energy, and geopolitical risk, particularly in the Gulf region. A former Visiting Professor at KFUPM and senior executive at global banks including Citibank and Chase Manhattan. He has advised Saudi government entities on major economic initiatives, including WTO policy, ESG, and Vision 2030 projects. A prolific author of several Springer-published books on OPEC, the Saudi economy, and financial regulation, he is a recognized thought leader and contributor to regional and international media. Prof. Ramady holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Leicester and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK.

A highly accomplished strategic leader and retired British Armed Forces officer, he currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at NBA Holding Company. With decades of global experience across security, risk management, and strategic operations, he has built a distinguished track record in both the public and private sectors. His career includes senior roles such as Head of Physical Security at the Bank of England and consultant for mega-event security, risk, and resilience planning. An expert in strategic and operational planning, program management, and capability development, he excels in navigating complex risk environments and enhancing long-term organizational resilience. His key strengths include designing and implementing integrated strategic frameworks, advising on highsecurity operations, and leading institutional transformation. Throughout his career, he has held several senior roles, including Head of the Security Unit at the Labor Office (for a total of 12 years across two terms), Head of the Security Unit at the Administrative Control Department (2 years), and Assistant Head of Security at the King Abdulaziz Historical Center. His longstanding tenure with the Riyadh Region Police and the Administrative Control Department has refined his expertise in regulatory compliance, inter-agency coordination, and public sector protocol.
